Refund policy

You can return an item within 15 days of receipt. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment within 5 business days of us receiving it. Item must be in the same condition that it was received and in the original packaging. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@roulette18jewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International - Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working hard to be able to accommodate our international customers in the near future!

Damages and issues
Please email us at info@roulette18jewelry.com if you have received a damaged/defective item and we will get a replacement right out to you. Any supporting photos, etc. would be appreciated. We are happy to pick up the shipping fee.
