Shipping & Returns 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

You can return an item within 15 days of receipt. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment within 5 business days of us receiving it. Item must be in the same condition that it was received and in the original packaging. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. 

International - Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working hard to be able to accommodate our international customers in the near future! 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEM

Please email us at info@roulette18jewelry.com if you have received a damaged/defective item and we will get a replacement right out to you. Any supporting photos, etc. would be appreciated. We are happy to pick up the shipping fee.  

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders ship from our studio within 5 business days, Monday - Friday. Orders are subject to delays during peak shipping times, holidays. Roulette 18 is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, once deemed delivered by the Courier.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

If you placed an order and did not receive an order confirmation, it may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check that first. If you did not receive a confirmation, please contact us at info@roulette18jewelry.com. 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

For quantities of 24 or more of a single design, please contact us. 

SHIPPING

We ship UPS Ground. At this point, we are only shipping domestically. 

TRACK MY PACKAGE

You may track you package through the shipping confirmation email sent to the email entered at checkout, or by logging into your customer account.

All of our pieces are 925 Sterling Silver with 18K gold plate. All gems are ethically sourced.

All sale items are final sale.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Clean all items with a soft cloth, like the one you would use on a pair of eyeglasses. We suggest Sunshine Clothes  https://www.sunshinepolishingcloth.com. Do not “dip” any jewelry that has oxidation as it will remove the oxidized finish. Any jewelry that comes in contact with makeup or a lot of moisturizer should be wiped down daily.
